August 2015 – Transbiodiesel Ltd has entered in a 50:50 joint venture along with Peruvian company Nordtraub Peru, launching the first joint enzymatic based Biodiesel plant in Peru. “The joint venture marks a marriage of immobilized enzymes experience with biodiesel expertise, global vision with local relevance”. The enzymatic technology has been designed for Peruvian and the international market.
